Where do you ship from?

We are solely an online shop based in Australia, and we work very closely with top brands and suppliers from all over the world to source and curate the unique products on Daintree House at the best prices for you.

How long does the free shipping take?

It depends on where you live but on average 3 - 15 business days.

How can I track my order?

The tracking number will be sent to your email when your items are on the way to you. We aim for next business day shipping, usually tracking numbers are available with 48 hours of your items being shipped.

What if I receive the wrong/damaged product?

Item damaged in transit: if your item is received and is damaged can you send us some photos or a video and we will do an initial assessment of the damage and offer you either a replacement or refund.

Wrong product received: first of all let us apologise for our error, but please Contact Us and we will arrange for the return of the item and re-order the correct product again. There is no charge for the return of the product.
